    INCOME AND EXPENSES


    The Tarot Certification Board of America has completed its audit of the income and expenses of the former Tarot Certification Board and found the books of the former corporation to be in proper order.  Follows a summary of the results of our audit:

    The beginning balance $ 459.04 was transferred from ATA to TCB on November 1, 1999.  The ending balance is of March 31, 2002.  The income and for the second quarter of 2002 was transferred to the Tarot Certification Board of America as part of the transfer of assets from the defunct corporation.

    Beginning balance for 1999 was $ 459.04
    Total income for 1999 was $ 420.00
    Total expenses for 1999 were $ 493.99
    Leaving a balance of $ 385.05

    Beginning balance for 2000 was $ 385.05
    Total income for 2000 was $ 3,605.97
    Total expenses for 2000 were $ 3, 487.50
    Leaving a balance of $ 503.52

    Beginning balance for 2001 was $ 503.52
    Total income for 2001 was $ 6,192.05
    Total expenses for 2001 were $ 6,121.89
    Leaving a balance of $ 573.68

    Beginning balance for 2002 was $ 573.68
    Total income for 2002 was $1,720.20
    Total expenses for 2002 were 1,569.27
    Leaving a balance for 2002 of $724.61
